Terrible Song of the Day: 08/05/2008

Yes. This song in terrible. No. I'm not a communist.

I can only assume Carry On My Wayward Son is a tune about a young man who thinks he knows everything, goes out into the world, realizes he knows absolutely nothing, grows a disgusting haircut, then proceeds to create crappy, predictable, and frustratingly persistent 70's classic* rock--at least that's what I get it from it, but the true meaning may never have escaped Robbie Steinhardt's facial hair.

My belief is nobody really likes this song. This is a song people put on mix discs as a humorous trek into 70's progressive rock. Devil horns will be thrown, and high fives will abound, but nobody truly loves this song the way people really love music.
